Begin your tour by being picked up from your Hotel, drive to hilly Kintamani Volcanic area.
The route will start from hilly Kintamani area, this breathtaking bicycle tour winds down through 26km of lush valleys, through Balinese villages, past century-old temples and rich green rice fields and will be finish in Delodsema village.

Itinerary
• Hotel pick up and drive to the center of Bali in the hilly Kintamani Volcanic area
• Light breakfast with a magnificent view of mount and lake Batur
• Cycle down from Kintamani to Ubud for approximately 3.5 hours through a rural area of Bali island
• Make some stops along the way where your local guide explains the Balinese way of life in the area
• Visit coffee and spices plantation
• Visit a native family’s compound and interact with locals
• Lunch in a local Organic restaurant

My teen kids really enjoyed the day biking through the countryside and small villages. Our guide was fantastic showing us so many interesting sites, especially how the people work together to make a better community. Highlights were the giant swing and the fantastic lunch. Totally recommend.

My wife and I booked an airbnb titled "Green House #1" about 5 kilometers outside of Ubud. The house was hosted by Wayan, the owner of Your Bali Excursion. We met Wayan at check in and ended up using Wayan and his company for everything we did in and around Ubud including a half day bike tour and a half day guided shopping trip. We couldn't be happier. Before I review each aspect of our dealings with Wayan I think it's important to review him. From the moment we met him Wayan was friendly, kind, quick to respond and patient. He always went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. We also never felt like he was selling us something. He genuinely wanted us to get the most out of our experience in Ubud even if it meant extra work for him. Green House #1- Perfect house for a couple wanting to stay a bit out of the hustle bustle of ubud. A quick 5-10 minute taxi or scooter away from town or a 45 minute walk. The house is set behind a traditional Balinese family compound so you have some interaction with the families living there but complete privacy in and around the house. Magical sunsets over your own private rice terrace which is actually better than the Tegallalang rice terrace. It's breathtaking. Highly recommend this house! Half Day Bike Tour- Wayan was our tour guide. Day began with 45 minute drive north to Lake Batur, picturesque. Stops along the way at Lewak coffee plantation and rice terraces for pictures. 4 tour bike tour, almost entirely downhill, with stops along the way at traditional balinese villages and other scenic viewpoints. We were lucky enough to catch a traditional balinese ceremony. The entire time Wayan was informative, taking time to explain aspects of the culture and the landscape. He also took professional photos the entire time which he sent us for free! Day culminates with a comfortable outdoor lunch. Half Day Shopping- My wife and I had a plan to buy some art in Ubud. Wayan arranged us a half day shopping tour with Budi. Budi was extremely friendly and knowledgable about locations for buying painting, woods pieces etc. He also was able to give us a good idea of what he thought we should be paying for a certain piece. After our shopping trip Budi transported us an hour and a half to Seminyak, our next stop in Bali. Later that day he messaged us to say we left the painting in his car. He offered to drive us the painting the next morning at no extra cost! Of course we paid him for our troubles but that's the type of customer service you can expect with Your Bali Excursion! Highly highly recommend Your Bali Excursion for any and everything Ubud!

We had the best time on our bike tour with Wayan. From the easy on time pick up to the great insights her provided as a Bali local and the great fun we had bike riding this tour has it all. We loved being able to stop at a few places like the Bali swing and rice terraces on our way up the mountain. The bike ride downhill was fun and really interesting way to see local culture. We really loved the village tour of Wayans local village and meeting families in their compound. We also stopped for a delicious lunch at a great restaurant which was perfect after a few hours cycling. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a fun way to see the area. Only thing I recommend is to make sure you check the breaks properly on your bike as you can pick up speed on the descent and need to stop quickly sometimes!
