Morning Session

8:00 am: Pick up from hotels in Ubud
9:00 am: Morning market Visit and enjoy scenery as well as learn about rice cultivation
9:30 am: Visit Balinese compound to meet daily life in Bali
9:45 am: Welcome drink with Cold ginger tea
9:50 am: Explanation & Demonstration, temple offering and Balinese house
10:00 am: Make Balinese spice paste use-as base (sauce) for many dishes
10:30 am: Cooking class of 9 recipes balinese food
12:00 pm: Enjoy Buffet lunch at a Balinese house
1:00 pm: Hotel Drop-off in Ubud

Amazing experience. Very well organised. Many dishes cooked, full lunch. Expert guides and cooks. Just the visit at the market was too quick and not really informative. Recommended!

Great experience. Was nice to drive out of city centre. Driver was great and informative. We are a family with 2 teenagers and they also enjoyed it. The food was delicious.

The day was a fun atmosphere with a group of 11 people. It started with a visit to a local market where you could buy some spices that were used in your cooking on the day. Wayan, the cook was great. He explained the dishes well and let us do the majority of the cooking. The food was really nice and was very filling. Leftovers were able to be taken home for dinner. It was a great way to meet some local people, see where and how they live and have some fun. The driver was on time for pick up. Everyone spoke good English. Overall the day out was an enjoyable experience. I would recommend people doing this cooking class.
