Day 1: Check in retreat

Check in at Bali Sesandan Garden (14:00)
We will welcome you to our guest house and enjoy the hospitality of the local people. This is for 1.5 hours.
Yoga season (16:00)
Our yoga style is called Balinese Watukaru Yoga, classified as a traditional yoga style, which focuses on awakening the Cakra energy. The retreat program offering our guests the whole experience of Balinese Traditional Yoga & Balinese life philosophy, Balinese traditional Meditation, combined with real Balinese village life activities and Balinese Culture. This is for 1.5 hours.
Dinner (19:00)
enjoy your dinner in traditional Balinese culinary. This is for 1.5 hours.

Day 2: Reatreat Activity

Yoga Session (08:00)
If you are lucky you can join yoga on the beach which is held twice a week on Wednesday and Saturday. This will take up to 1.5 hours
Break fast (09:30)
Enjoy your breakfast after doing yoga while chatting with other guests and making new friends. This is for 1.5 hours.
Coconut oil Makin(10:30)
The practice of making coconut oil in the traditional way. This is for 2 hours.
Lunch (13:00)
Lunch with traditional Balinese food
This will take up to 1.5 hours

Morning yoga season will make you feel refreshed and make your mind clearer with meditation.

Enjoy your breakfast with Balinese culinary

You can choose the activities available on that day such as going to the waterfall, learning Balinese dance, learning Balinese musical instruments and others
