La Vacanza Travel advertises as free cancellation but it’s not free! I was charged bank charges !!! How can this be FREE !!!!! I am trying all ways of communicating n there’s no replies So beware of their free cancellation policy. I cancelled more than 24 hrs before the event 😡😡😡😡😡

Broadly very good but we took off in a field of thorns - and being a hot country everyone was in shirts/sandals so we all got scratches and burrs Big consideration: the balloon DOESNT fly over the famed rock formations. Only nearby. Or the end of the world but worth bearing in mind.
