Best memories ever! I could feel very relaxed and comfortable in his class. He picked me up at a hotel to the ganga and his instructions were gentle. I didn’t need to worry about anything. He also took some photos for me, so I can remember that moment forever! I highly recommend to try sunrise Yoga in his class.
Varanasi is a really spiritual place, so I was looking for some mindfulness experiences to get in the mood and yoga with Ayush was just that! Ayush was extremely friendly, knowledgable and guide me through the entire session to push my boundaries and connect with my body. The session was held in a private space very close to the Ganges. Would definitely recommend

I did two classes with Ayush - one morning Hatha class and one evening stretch/relaxation class. Both were amazing. Ayush has a lovely presence and good sense of humour. He is very clear with his yoga instruction, and made adjustments for my body and any injuries. If you are in Varanasi and looking for a yoga teacher who can adjust a class to meet your needs, then please consider contacting Ayush.
