Itinerary

THIS COURSE IS CONDUCTED ONLINE.

After understanding your personal requirements, I will chart out a customised course that is tailor made especially for you.

We will begin with salutation followed by the demonstration, teaching, and practice of several Asanas progressing at a pace that you are comfortable with.

In the course of the we shall also understand the theory of the Asana and the benefits from practicing it regularly.

You will gain a sense of balance and peace through this journey.

Ayush is a young yogi with a lot of knowledge and much practice behind him. His way to talk and his soft touch helping to get the pose variations make you at ease. You feel confident with him and with poses as well. The practice is always very effective on body and on mind as well. I did yoga with him twice when I was in Varanasi. After I started online yoga sessions and also in this way I can feel his positive energy. Online it’s also a good way to get his lesson if you don’t live in his city. His English is perfect but if yours it’s not very good as mine, no worries! He speak slowly to make sure you can understand very well. Furthermore, He check the good poses alignment and he is very accurate to give you directions also in front of the screen: it seems almost to be in Varanasi every time! Thank you Ayush, keep going this way!

Review is the best way to know about something. And, if you are here, you are keen to know about this Yoga class. Like you, I was also browsing for Yoga classes and pinned down three to four classes for Yoga. Luckily, my first ring was for 'Yoga with Ayush'. It was decent talking to him, I told him my problem and what I expect from Yoga. Finally, I started my session in October 2022 and from the very first session, I feel delighted. The instructor is not only good at this but also has a deep knowledge of it. He is a humble, cheerful and thoughtful person. He tries to make you feel comfortable during the session and modifies the poses to your convenience. If you're thinking about this, don't worry you won't regret it.

A few months ago I decided I’d really like to try traditional yoga and get some guidance on how to do it properly. I live in Southern California, and there’s no shortage of yoga schools here, but because of my work schedule and where I live and work, attending one wasn’t really an option. Videos or books couldn’t correct my errors or guide me past personal sticking points, so I didn’t want to do that; I’m kind of an all-or-nothing personality. I found Ayush online and started doing yoga on my back porch with his help most mornings a little before dawn. It was a great decision. Am I making phenomenal mind blowing progress, no, but what I am making is sustainable progress that is slowly and surely exposing and helping me to fix my weak points. My main reason for trying yoga wasn’t fitness per se (although it is helping with that) but because I was curious about the ability yogis speak of to use asana to reach a contemplative state; the sessions begin with asana and a little breathwork and end with some chanting and my mind always in a clean, clear state. Ayush has a keen eye and is extremely attentive but never overbearing; he’s a lot like a friend you know who’s gently but firmly guiding you through something a little difficult. I highly recommend studying with him if you want to learn how to use your body to get into a more reflective state, or just get some health and flexibility. Prices are more than reasonable and the schedule is flexible. If I go to Varanasi at some point hopefully I’ll be able to try a class in person with Ayush; for now, the online class is working out great.
