What an amazing day! Definitely recommend this tour, which is a self-guided once on the islands. During the boat ride there is narration of what is being passed and what to expect on the islands. It's a good size group, but doable as we all walked at our own pace. The glass blowing on Murano was amazing and the shopping too much fun. Burano was fun with all the colorful homes and wonderful atmosphere with local vendors. And Torcello was a quaint island with a short walk to the church. A nice half day tour. Only negative is we would've liked more time on Burano, but it was enough to know we would go back on our own next time.

Great experience and an informative trip. Probably would have been better to have spent longer at Murano as that is the biggest of the 3 and less time at Torcello. Only thing to note is that the google map link took us to a different meeting point, luckily my son managed to find the correct location otherwise we would have missed the trip.

It's nice to know 3 different islands, but the time is too short in each one. I suggest to have a trip only in Murano and Butanol. The experience there is the most interesting.

We could not find the tour guide for this trip and thus missed this trip. The booking said the meeting point was Riva degli Schiavoni, and we had a hard time finding this point, but finally arrived at a building named with this name like 15 mins before the trip was supposed to start. There was no guide to be found here, we tried asking around in neighboring shops but nobody was able to tell us anything, and the ladies at the waterbus booking counters were unfriendly and said they didn't know anything about this trip's tour guide or its meeting point. We couldn't understand what to do, and a lot of time was wasted in all this, so finally we called the contact number given in the booking. They said the guide already left as it is past the tour's starting point. I asked how could he leave without taking us, and they said we were not there at the meeting point. I said we were standing right under the building named Riva degli schiavoni and there was no guide there. They said something about the meeting point being mentioned in the booking, under a white umbrella or something, and that we should have checked the booking carefully. However, as seen in the photo I uploaded, the booking only says that the meeting point is Riva degli schiavoni and nothing else, and we were waiting at that exact point. Finally, after a long argument, they refused to refund our money even though we did not take the tour and it was their fault that they didnt mention the meeting point clearly in the booking.
