You will be the only passengers of your vehicle and we will take you to your final destination without any intermediate stop.

Arrived at Marco Polo airport followed overhead signage to buses. Purchased ATVO coach tickets from the ATVO app but you can do it at the desk there. Was 18 euros per person return ticket. Brilliant service could not fault it direct run no stops in between takes you right into the bus station in Central Venice.

Definitely recommend this service. Driver was just outside baggage claim with sign waiting for us. Newer comfortable van. Got us there without issue.

Efficient, prompt Our driver was waiting for us at the airport in spite of our flight being delayed 1 hour in Paris. We were delivered exactly where we needed to be to board the ship.

Our flight was 15 min late, we had to go through customs/immigration and we had luggage. Our plane was scheduled to land at 4p local time. We got to the arrivals by 455p super fast and there was no driver to pick us up. We called the local number provided at 510p and 515p and no one ever answered after being on hold for 5 minutes, it just disconnected (2 separate calls). We then called La Vacanza Travel who said to wait in the airport until they make contact with the vendor. We waited an hour, called back, La Vacanza Travel still said to wait. After two hours, we called and said we were leaving with another carrier. 3 days later, La Vacanza Travel says sorry no refund because they said their vendor claimed they were there for an hour and WE were a no show. We had walked all around arrivals and even went up to departures to look. There were plenty of drivers with placards...none with our name on it. The contract clearly states they are supposed to allow a reasonable amount of time to arrive. Our flight was late, they had all our flight information including my cell phone and never bothered to make contact. Worse is La Vacanza Travel just takes this vendor's word for it instead of my cell phone logs, flight arrival information, or even their own inability to contact that hired vendor that day of arrival. We won't ever use La Vacanza Travel again.

This is an awesome way to get from the airport to the cruise terminal! No typical car ride or shuttle van. Your own private boat pulls right up near the cruise ship and let's you out. It is a great way to take in the sites heading into the port as well.
