We were contacted by the company 2 days ahead of time to set up details of pick up. Stayed in contact throughout the whole pick up process, as Venice cruise terminal pick ups can be a bit messy. Driver was prompt and helpful. 1/2 the price of the cruise ship bus transfer!

The transfer from the cruise ship to the airport could not have gone better. I was able to contact the local taxi service when I determined the exact time we would leave the ship, and they adjusted the pick-up time accordingly. The vehicle was there on time, was clean, and the driver very nice.

It was wonderful to bypass the crowds and to have someone greet us right off the ship. Well worth the money since our ship was delayed due to weather and we had a flight to catch. Other people were scrambling to find shuttles but we walked right past everyone! Our driver was very helpful and nice.

The driver never showed up. We waited almost an hour. We tried multiple times to call the number provided but they all went to a recording indicating they were closed. No voicemail to leave a message. In the end, we took a taxi (which still accommodated our party of 7) and cost a lot less. I would also like to add that I had booked a transfer from the airport to the pier at the beginning of the trip- which I cancelled weeks before arrival. (I have a cancellation number). I then booked a private tour with a transfer for my group. When we arrived in Venice, there was a man with a card and my name. I asked if he was Luca - the private guide I had been communicating with. HE said "no, Luca is my colleague". Fair enough. However, he was sent from La Vacanza Travel in response to the CANCELLED transfer, not the company providing our transfer and tour. We did not realize the problem until we were at the pier. As a result, our already limited time in Venice was cut short by 1.5 hours.

The driver arrived 10 minutes early. He was very pleasant and helped my disabled husband into the car. Car was very clean and had sufficient room for our bags and wheelchair. I would recommend.
