The agency requested to be at their office before the tour start, at 9 am. Their location is about 11 minutes from the San Marco Square. As I was late to reach their office, I have called and asked to meet in front of Basilica. They told me that I lost the tour because I was not able to be at their office to "check in". I did the tour by myself. I found out that the entrance in Basilica is free of charge. They are charging 46 EUR/pers for the guide. A total waste of money.
