We were unable to find/use the package. There was absolutely no help. I would not recommend using this. I am asking for a refund

It was super confusing how to use this pass. The Italians would see that it said City Pass which they confuse with a different company that also had a city pass with different places to go. This was was called Turbo pass, but they didn’t know what it was. We couldn’t get into a couple places we were supposed to get into because of this. It was hard to find help too bc there wasn’t a place to go talk to anyone to help clarify things. We enjoyed the things we could do, but were disappointed we couldn’t do all that was promised. This is the first time I’ve ever had issues with La Vacanza Travel. I’ve used them many times.

We were in Venice for 2.5 days ahead of a cruise around the Greek islands. We decided to get this pass (the complete) so that we could experience the best of the city in the limited time we had and it was so worth it. The airport transfer from Marco Polo took us straight into the plaza where we picked up the water bus nearer to our hotel (perfect as we had large suitcases for the cruise to lug around). On our first full day we did doges palace with this pass (a must) and the gondola ride (much cheeper than buying it out there which would have been 80 euro each!!!) - the gondola was slightly disappointing as you share with others but it was worth doing and you get to see the Rialto bridge in a unique way. The second day we did the island tour to Murano Burano ect which was also included and well worth it. The church pass was also great. All in all I think this pass is great if you want to see all of Venice for a reasonable price - even in the limited time we had our trips ect would have cost double what we paid for this pass.

Great value for all the attractions. Make sure you print the pass before getting to the city. The digital pass did not work at the The Doges Palace. Thankfully the gentleman behind the counter was able to work with us to get the pass. The bus was a little disappointing to the location of our hotel, it would have been better to have alternate options for hotels closer to St Marks square.
