Walking tour was great, but the gondola part was unorganized and frustrating as we were delayed and no one came out to tell us. A simple message to the group telling what the problem was, would have been helpful!

The tour was informative and the guide explained a lot of Venice’s history. The streets were extremely crowded which made keeping together challenging. It would have been a lot easier if the tour guide held up a flag like other tour guides. The gondola ride was rushed and the driver was rude. We were disappointed with the experience after hearing so much about it.

The walking aspect of the tour with Matteo (Matthew) was professional and informative. The 30 minute Gondola ride was a Gondolier shouting to his friend, another Gondolier, who he was following, throughout the 30 minutes taking us down uninteresting, derelict, graffitied buildings on the canal. Not at all impressive. Would not recommend paying for this part of the trip.

Great guide (Matteo), good overview of Venice history and architecture, interesting sites. Gondola ride was fabulous! Perfect for a for adults and teens. Enjoyed thoroughly by all.

A little chaotic at the start and organising the gondola but Matao had a good knowledge of the building and history of venice and was a good guide
