Overview

Follow your local foodie, live a one-of-a-kind experience and, just like a real local, start your day in the right way drinking an authentic Italian espresso.
After a very Italian beginning, a classic aperitif is waiting for you. You'll stop in one of the most traditional "Osterie" of the city, where you will savor some local products, such as Soppressa (a type of salami), Monte Veronese cheese and the famous meatballs from Verona.
The next step will make your mouth water: enjoy a traditional dish and discover some local culinary traditions with your expert guide. Continue your visit in the food district of Verona, where the most "Osterie" and botteghe are located, and enjoy the great wines of the city. Then discover the aromas and main features of the traditional local wines, such as the Valpolicella red wine, or the white wines coming from the East of Verona and Lake Garda.
Finally, stop in an historical Gelateria to taste an artisanal Gelato to refresh your mouth.

The four of us had an excellent tour with Alessandra. This was Alessandra’s first week and she is a natural guide. Knowledgable, informative, friendly and helpful. We had coffee and pastries, wine and polpette, risotto and wine in a beautiful restaurant, wine tasting at Baraldi and the most amazing gelato. Thank you to everyone who made this morning so much fun.

We have done several of these food tours around Europe and this was the least good - the guide was pleasant but not very knowledgeable about the city and the places chosen for food stops were very variable - the wine shop and the risotto place were excellent but the other stops were uninspired

We did the tour on 15th March when we visited Verona for our wedding anniversary. We were lucky that it was before the rush of visitors (Easter to October) and we had the tour to ourselves! We were shown across Verona, ate great food and drank lovely wine. Our guide was brilliant and gave us so much information which we used on our second full day to maximise our stay. Genuinely impressed and we would 100% recommend it. Thank you!

We had a great few hours with Isabella around Verona learning a lot about the food, wine, culture and language of Italy and Verona. The pace of the tour was suitably relaxed allowing us plenty of time to eat and drink like Italians. I recommend this tour.

The food and wine tasting tour was incredible. Our guide Priscilla was very friendly and knowledgeable of Verona and the unique delicacies it delivers. The local food was beautiful and the wine tasting was to die for. I would recommend highly to anyone looking to do a food and wine tour of Verona!
