We were in a panic trying to find tickets……. Was very sketchy how tickets were delivered! Must have a better straight forward way of delivering tickets! I shouldn’t have to dig thru emails to find tickets / link to obtain tickets!

Yo tours failed to provide tickets that we bought until 3 hours after we were to use them. We attempted to contact Yo Tours 3 hours prior to and up until use time with no results. No response from them via VIATOR chat and their phone number wouldn't connect. VIATOR themselves could not contact Yo Tours to resolve the issue during this time, VIATOR then denied my refund request even though VIATOR had a case number and documentation of my attempts to contact Yo Tours properly through the listed methods.

This is one of the best thing we did to buy the tickets in advance, I got the tickets the night before thru wastup and no problems at all and the prices were really good 😊

The skip the line is the way to go! I was having issues with finding my tickets, the tour operator responded immediately and took care of contacting security on our behalf. Highly recommend this tour, if you prefer a self paced tour rather than with a group.
