It was good, but we did not skip-the-line as the name of the tickets suggests. We just queued with the other people entering at the same time. In went fast, so bravo to that, but that did not happen because of the ticket we bought. On the other hand, I called to the contact telephone to ask for info about how to enter as we were told straightaway that skipping the line was not possible now in the Versailles. Nobody answered my call. Son in short, it was good, but the merit is of Versailles and not of La Vacanza Travel.
The La Vacanza Travel agent couldn't do enough for us, we've got our booking to suit our needs. Although Versailles management itself disappointed by having mist of the areas closed, it was still a remarkable place to visit no doubt.
The palace is really amazing, the level of opulence is almost from another world. To be honest if you really wanna get the max out of this place you plan at least half day since it's huge. Access was quick, the ticket was time assigned, despite of this one must do line for the security filter and sometimes it could get slower depending on how fast people and personal are moving. Some people who don't know make more lines since there's a line to buy tickets and another one for the access (which again, is time assigned and it's different than the access for guided tours) Be prepared to walk a lot and don't forget sunscreen since the open spaces can get really sunny.
There was no skip line although we bought from trip advisor the tickets and paid for skip the line. You have to buy the tour for the garden separately. Its better not to buy form 3rd party!
I would recommend including the audio phones in the admission price of the tour or having a private tour guide included in the price. I didn’t realize when I purchased the tickets that these were not included.
