    We never received the tickets we ordered. Instead of going into Versailles at 12 like we purchased, we had to buy tickets at the palace for 2 pm entry. The emails from the company were contradictory as one said the tickets would be in the email soon and another talked about presenting a voucher at the redemption area for tickets. ???? Email codes to get tickets were never received. Just a terrible start to our day at Versailles.
