Chris was our guide, he was patient, fun and understanding. He made us all feel confident in participating in the slides and cliff jumps. This was a surprise hen party for one of our family members, she is delightfully gullible and Chris went along with the jokes throughout the session, even telling her that they had only just finished installing one of the slides last week, he said it had taken them weeks to carve the rock so had to stop the river so they could finish the work. An excellent event, will definitely be booking again

From start to finish. An excellent service from booking to saying goodbye to our guide A great walk out in wales with a great Knowledgeable guide. Bex is really easy going and puts you at ease straight away and made the whole experience challenging but great fun Had a great time. A big Thanks to Bex And Thanks to all The team.

Such a brilliant day we went after the lockdown was being loosen Bex was amazing such a funny lovely girl and really easy going . She was very informative about the area even the flowers .she made sure we felt safe and comfortable while challenging us against each other .we really had a great time Will definitely be doing something with the company again in the future

We visited safe and sound for white water rafting 5 years ago with our Explorer scouts and had a great time, so much so that we Re visited this week for white water rafting, gorge walking and climbing. All 3 were fantastic experiences and the leaders were great, really encouraging and great fun. This is what our Explorers had to say........ Thank you for the amazing experience we had white water rafting climbing and gorge walking, we especially enjoyed rafting.The instructors were helpful and made the experience even better. We really liked a Mike and Ian and Bea. Slinfold Explorer scouts.

Having visited Llangollen for a long weekend last year for a birthday we went on a half day Gorge walk. We were the only people on the event so it was a nice personalised feel. We felt safe, well looked after on the event and would definitely recommend both the experience and the operators.
