We stayed in the Legoland Resort Hotel with two young children (4 1/2 years and 1 year), and their grandparents and visited the park over two days. Overall, we had the best time ever and would definitely like to return again. Highlights were the Flight of the Sky Lion (absolutely amazing!), the Dragon ride, and Pirate Shores (the log flume). Duplo Valley was also good for our youngest, who particularly enjoyed the Fairytale boat ride. Some observations about the park: 1. The food is expensive and not great quality. Four children’s meals equivalent of McDonald’s Happy Meals cost us £30, and the burger was pretty ropey. The chicken nuggets were nice though. 2. The ice creams are expensive but really good quality and you get loads, so actually not bad value really. 3. The park was really well maintained and clean. 4. A lot of the staff seemed quite miserable and not child friendly. 5. We took advantage of going mid week during term time, so the queues were really short, and on some rides we were able to stay on and go again because it was so quiet. For me, the only area where there was a lot of room for improvement in was the Bricks Restaurant is the hotel. Unfortunately, we didn’t realise in advance that there was a bar menu available in the bar, with burgers and pizzas, so we booked into the restaurant which only served three-course set menus, which were super expensive (£26 for a child and £31 for an adult!). Fortunately under 3s went free so our one year old ate cheaply. But the food was definitely not worth that amount of money. The restaurant was also surprisingly not that child-focussed. We assumed there would be plenty to keep children entertained in there but unfortunately they didn’t even provide a colouring set for them. Management should definitely take a trip to some of the CenterParcs restaurants for some tips, as they provide indoor play areas and colouring sets for children to be entertained while waiting for food. Breakfast in Bricks restaurant was also disappointing. With everyone having young children and wanting to get into the park early, it was packed at 7:30 when we went down, and chaotic, with the waiting staff taking a long time to take our order and the place was really noisy. We came out with sensory overload, including the adults! The continental breakfast selection also left a lot to be desired, with a poor selection of cheap cereals, and apples were the only fruit on offer. The hotel itself was great fun, with the themed rooms being a real hit, although you could argue the decor was slightly dated. A BIG thing which let it down though was the fact that you have to book and pay £10 per child for the play room!! I didn’t realise this in advance so had a very disappointed four year old. Overall, a fantastic time but a few areas for improvement. Will we be back? Definitely!

Came for my little girls birthday as her main present, honestly worst theme park experience I’ve ever had. Super expensive! I was fully up for spending money on us all but I straight up refused to spend it on the rubbish they were selling, nearly £9 for a hot dog in a soggy bun and no child sized option, awful, i wouldn’t even go in the restaurants. Staff are awful, obviously horrendously treated by management as even the staff who seemed to be higher up seemed disinterested and incredibly unhelpful. I work in hospitality and if my staff gave the same level of service I would spend time working on training them in the skills of customer service, my little girl fell over in front of two members of staff and grazed her eye, 1 walked past, 1 pointed and started talking to someone else in the kiosk she was working in. Awful, no offer of first aid, not even a thoughtful, is she okay. Queued up for haunted mansion to get to the front to be told it’s broken, get off, no offer of help and the woman on the front was so rude about my little girls hotdog she made us throw it away just to be told we couldn’t go on. Laser raiders was awful, wait times said 20 mins only to wait nearly an hour sometimes with 20 mins inbetween load times with no communication as to why from staff, to get through into another que to find the staff half loading the carriages without asking if people would mind sharing, and actually let the people behind us in first. You should retain staff on crowd management, they are constantly under loading rides and the wait times are suffering as a consequence. My partner said it best, we’ve paid for it and now all customer service has gone out the window. I even raised what a terrible day we had on the first day to guest services who basically just shrugged… Awful! We’ll never go back and I’ll tell everyone I know not to as well.

Amazing! Staff were friendly the entertainment wasn't too bad. The food was expensive but the variety at the all you can eat was great! Children loved it! Coming back again very soon!

Seeing all the negative reviews, my expectations were super low. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the legoland Hotel and Resort. Few things to get out of the way. This is a kids' paradise, and my kids loved it. I didn't expect anything to really cater to myself as an adult other than clean rooms. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was adequate, and the themeing was on point. Breakfast was passable but nothing to write home about. The dinner at tge Castle restaurant was terrible but the next day I wondered into Windsor Town it self and there is almost any kind off food you can think of. We drove but I belive there is a buss into town. By staying at the resort, we got into the park half an hour early, and by the time the general masses got in, we had done 5 rides with little to no wait. As my kids are little, we didn't go on the coasters, but the early entry was still worth it. Staff we interacted with were pleasant, friendly, and helpful. I will definitely come again.

2 day passes booked several weeks ago for 8 of us for Feb 22nd and 23rd Nobody is to blame for the weather however Lego land was a wash out in more ways than one we were wet through but stayed to find there was very little options for food as many were closed more than half the rides were closed for maintenance but we-still paid full price as did others entering the park the same day food places that were open closed at 3pm Just feel poor service when no matter what you don’t get what you paid for and even on entry if they said you’ll get a discount today as half parks closed would have gone down better but nothing We had a 2 year old with us online it states 3 and under free on arrival if she measured over 90cm we had to pay it has to be one or the other you can’t make it up as you go along Today the weather was better everything almost open we spoke to one of the staff who will remain anonymous but she agreed why charge full price when half parks shut, and why do maintenance when you ope your park charging full price We won’t be rushing back
