I didn’t get to this master class at all, you could buy a ticket in the system for Thursday, I came to the place and was told that master classes are not held on Thursdays and apparently there was some kind of error in the system. They told me to write by email, I wrote, but I did not receive a response back, although several days have passed
We had a tour and learned about how they make chocolate, where the cocoa comes from and how it is treated to produce chocolate. Then we tasted some different kinds of chocolate which was fun. There is a little shop and a cafe too.
Really enjoyed this. Done the experience with my wife and 2 children and it was really enjoyable and interesting. The lady who took it (didn’t tell us her name) was friendly. The chocolate truffles we made tasted so good and was surprised by how many we came away with. Between the 4 of us I reckon we made like a hundred.
Brilliant chilled out sunday morning making truffles ! You get to taste everything at all stages, get good support and information from the friendly staff member and learn some new skills. We made ganache, tempered chocolate, rolled and coated our truffles and decorated them. We were given packaging to take them home and even got to pour lollies with the excess chocolate.
We really enjoyed this tour. It wasn’t too long of a tour and our guide was really sweet. She answered all of our questions and made the experience very relaxing. We learnt lots about chocolate and making process and got 10% off in the shop afterwards. The orange hot chocolate is a must 😊
