    The tour was great for staying only a day in Zurich. The tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was definitely worth it!

    Comprehensive, educational and fun! Loved seeing the different areas of Zurich, especially from the ferry over the lake and from the top of the hill from the cable car and mountaintop restaurant. I was a hit with my family for booking this excursion for all of us!

    Disappointment was the most memorable part of our tour. Me and my wife booked the tour through La Vacanza Travel, paid money and got confirmation. On the day at meeting point, both of us and a few more tourist were told that La Vacanza Travel has overbooked the tour and there is no space in the bus. All of us disappointed. All the money spent on traveling to Zürich and meeting point was wasted. Although La Vacanza Travel refunded the tour fee but traveling money and a day was wasted. I will not recommend La Vacanza Travel to family/ friends. This happened second time with me.

    My problem is with La Vacanza Travel and Yo Tours. They booked me for an excursion that was already full. We walk all the way to the meeting point to find out we were not booked on the tour with the operator. I’m still in conversations with La Vacanza Travel to get refunded ! My advice is NEVER book a tour the day of. The only reason I did was we weren’t sure what time we would arrive in Zurich.

    Guide was knowledgeable and provided clear commentary. We met a very nice couple from Sweden, which made the tour even more so pleasant. The cable car ride was great and the restaurant at the top of the cable car ride had good food.
