Douglas stepped on short notice for the regular guide. He used his access to "hidden" Zurich to combine the best of this tour with the one he usually leads. Best of both. Many surprises and good info. Douglas bought my wife a cold water and we bought him a Coke after your ended. ONE SERIOUS ISSUE: Starting point sent to us was 12 minutes walk from where guide actually was waiting. Not his fault, but worriesome.
