Itinerary

In the WING HO Kung Fu lesson "Wing Chun" Kung Fu and the Philippine stick fight "Eskrima" are taught. Even if the training contributes to fitness: everyone can learn Wing Chun. You don't have to be particularly athletic or strong. That is why this style is particularly suitable for self-defense. Wing Chun is martial art. The athletic competition is not the focus of the lessons.
Lessons are led by experienced teachers. The WING HO martial arts school also trains martial arts teachers.
The offer of the WING HO Martial Arts School is rounded off by Qi Gong courses, yoga courses and Zen meditation.
Private lessons, vacation programs, courses in private and public schools, lectures, company events etc. are available on request.
