We were stood up. The guide never showed up - without any warning, Terrible!!! We took a taxi to the meeting place, waited for30 min, no one showed up.
We had a great tour with Elda! It was the Spring Guilds Festival-so despite how busy the city was-we had a great tour! It made the festival even better, with her explanations of why they do what they do. She was really informative, knew a lot of history and pointed out great spots we never would have found on our own. Overall, it was a great time! Thank you!

Liliana was a good guide. Knowledgeable and nice. BUT, the link to the map to the meeting place was incorrect and I lost a half hour from my tour because I couldn’t find my guide!
