Next, take a picture stop in Zurich's Old Town (Altstadt), which dates back to medieval times. We had an amazing time on our city and chocolate museum tour! Our guide, Bruno, was so great! He was very informative, and you can tell he loves his job as he is great at it! It was so fun getting to hear what he had to say about beautiful Zurich. The boat ride had beautiful views, and the chocolate museum/factory was a ton of fun, which included many delicious chocolate samples!

The Best of Switzerland Tour AG Zurich Sightseeing Lake Cruise and Lindt Chocolate Tour was a true disappointment. It was pricey ($85+) given that our guide Veerna/Veera (Sept 20, 2023) left us at the Lindt factory. She left 20 minutes earlier than the time she stated to everyone. There were many of us that clearly heard her say that she was leaving at 2:40 pm from the factory in a particular meeting spot. When many of us went out 10-15 minutes early to meet her, other said they saw her leave 20 minutes early. We were all really shocked, as those of us who went to meet her, expected to return with her. Additionally, the group was not only rushed, but our guide had her speaker set so low, only clients standing next to her could hear her. If she turned and talked, you could not hear her. It made engaging with the information really difficult. In the future, I suggest giving clients ear pieces so they can hear guides or use some kind of app, especially for premium tour costing $85 for a half day. I was so excited about this tour as it was my one tour day in Zurich. I ended up being rushed and abandoned by my tour guide (Veerna/veera) when I paid over $85 for the half day tour. Perhaps charging a little more and giving clients better customer service and a better experience would leave clients happier. Aspects of this tour like the rushing and being abandoned, left to return without contact with our guide felt very bargain tour-ish, yet this was not a bargain or free tour. In sum, I would not book this tour again, nor recommend it, and I would be very careful about booking this company again. I suggest booking the boat, walking tour, and Lindt tour separately (Ala carte).

Tour was ok. To be fair, walking around Zurich on your own would work fine. Guide had a monotone voice that put you to sleep but reallylikes his job. Lindt factory was very enjoyable.

Fantastic bus tour of Zurich, followed by waking tour and boat ride to the Lindt Tour/museum. This is a MUST do for chocolate lovers ! Our tour guide Elizabeth was knowledgeable and friendly. The day transit pass was an added bonus. Well worth it
