We were extremely disappointed in this booking through La Vacanza Travel. We had booked a sedan to transport us from the Berlin airport to our hotel in Berlin. While the communications were good we had difficulty finding the driver. When we did rather than a sedan we were picked up in a small taxi (it literally had the taxi light on the top of the car) that barely fit my wife and my bags. When contacting the transportation company that were less than helpful. While we have enjoyed multiple events with La Vacanza Travel we will reconsider booking transportation through them in the future.

Excellent, prompt and safe service from our hotel to the Berlin airport. Our driver was prompt, professional and attentive. Drove us safely to the airport ad helped with our luggage. Our car was spotlessly clean new Mercedes so we felt really comfortable. Thank you!

One of the vans were there waiting on us and the driver made sure the other one was coming . We really appreciated that after the experience we had in Munich where one did not show.
