It was a great tour, definitely worth checking out. The tour is well organized and balances enough time between both major attractions. Smooth bus ride and a friendly, knowledgeable guide.

Excellent day trip, Loved both stops, at the castle and in Rothenburg. Took 100s of pictures, enjoyed the ride and beauty of Romantic Road from a very comfortable coach bus (with a toilet). Gréât tour guide. Best day trip from Munich, this was the highlight of our week stay.

Rothenburg is such a fairy tale village. It’s like what they illustrate in fairy tale books. There are a lot of beautiful medieval houses that are well preserved. The food is amazing as well. You should include it into your itinerary. Our guide is really nice, informative and very accommodating.

Tour was good, everything was perfectly on time. Monica was a really good guide, although I think it was too much information and we felt sleepy.

If you are traveling to Munich, I would say leave some time to see Rothenberg. While it takes about 2 1/2 to get there it is definitely worth it. It is a charming Medieval village filled with cobble stone streets, beautful homes, shops and restaurants. We loved it.

Have to go if you are in Munich. Best way to visit both places and way cheaper if you do it on your own.
