What can I say, this experience was the highlight of my holiday. Ahmed and Shorouk are extremely friendly and welcoming, they put you immediately at ease and give you an authentic taste of what Egyptian family life is like. They food was delicious and they have a passion for what they do. If you are looking for a non-touristy experience in Cairo, this is the one to book!

What an absolutely magical evening spent with Ahmed and his lovely family. They invited us into their home and we prepared a traditional Egyptian meal and ate it together as new Friends. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants an authentic experience with a lovely Egyptian family
We liked this trip very much. It's a original concept: food, storytelling, meeting people ... Ahmed and Shorouk are perfect hosts. Nice to meet the locals this way.
The dinner was excellent: from the traditional murkheya soup, to just seeing and participating in the cooking, to the lovely conversations.. the whole evening was a blast. I’d give it 200 points out of 100, it was more than good. I did this experience already a few months ago and I still think of this evening very fondly.. wish I could do it again. Don’t hesitate!
