    Upon arrival into Cairo Airport, please proceed to the main exit. The driver will be waiting directly outside the arrivals hall holding a name sign, as due to Egypt legislation they cannot enter the building.- . (We can also provide Meet & Assist service upon request) Please note that If your drop-off or pick-up address is outside of Cairo, you will have to pay an additional cost.

    Although the bus we got was comfortable, the company did not stick to the arrangements we had made at the time of booking prior to arriving to Cairo. We had a thorough conversation with the company detailing what we wanted to see in Cairo. Our driver was super kind but ended up taking us to places such as a shop first thing in the day to sell us things. They work as a team to take you to places and businesses so you buy things and they make commission Of it. It wasted a lot of of our time. We did not get to the pyramids for atleast 2 hours from arrival to the airport as they were too busy taking us to other places prior for them to sell us things. We didn’t really want a tour guide but she insisted she came with us. She lingered around us whilst we ate lunch putting pressure on us to finish. It felt very awkward. Furthermore they made us pay a further $45 to pay for horse carriages to take us to see the pyramids. This was part of there scheme to make business and commission of us again as the tour guide had a licence which could allow the van to take us up to the pyramids (this information was shared with us by driver when I questioned him on it later in the day). Overall, I wouldn’t recommend as they did not follow what we had planned even after agreeing too, and they wasted a lot of our time. The minute they took us to a shop first thing in the day to sell things, it dampened our mood completely.

    Our group of 8 arrived over and hour late into Cairo and the driver was quick to reply and waited for us! It was easy to find him and a great way to get our group and a ton of luggage to our hotel in the middle of the night!

    We were very lucky to have Mohamed Abo Yazid as our driver from our home in Cairo to airport . Communication was excellent and he confirmed where he would be waiting to meet us. Mohamed provided the best driver experience we have ever had and recommend his services highly.
