This is one of the best tour I had in my life it was an incredible action packed jam tour. We contacted Hesham and his team Kareem and Sam were just on time picking us up from where we stayed. They took us to the pyramids which was a dream coming true. Kareem was very knowledgeable as he gave us a wonderful lecture about the story of building the pyramids and how they are the only surviving wonder of the ancient world. He then took us to see both papyrus art gallery and bedouins family house where we were introduced to the different types of therapeutic oils. We then had the ATV which was the most adventurous part of the tour. overall, it is a great experience and I would highly recommend Hesham and his team as this os this is the best tour I had in Egypt.

It was a last minute booking that we had with Hesham and we were amazed by the service as his team was at the hotel exactly on time. We were taken to the pyramids and the great sphinx. Our guide was Kareem he was nice, sweet, presentable and kind. He also is very knowledgeable as he gave us tons of information about the ancient and modern history of Egypt. At the pyramids; Kareem was not only our guide but he was also our photographer and even acted as our defacto bodyguard protecting us from any hassles and vendors at the area. The ATV was a blast, Kareem was making sure that we are safe and wearing helmets so we are not taking chances. We then went to the cruise which was a lot of fun. Overall it was a worthwhile experience and as a female solo traveller; I felt safe with Kareem and I would highly recommend him!

I had a great tour with Karim, we were picked up from the hotel he was prompt and just on time. The car was clean and very well taken care of and the driver was so professional as he knows the Egyptian streets as the back of his hands. We got dressed in Galabiya which is made out of Egyptian cotton for a great photo session that we had by the pyramids. Then, we went to the pyramids which is the only wonder of the world. Kareem is a professional photographer he got the best pictures of us throughout the day. We also went to the papyrus museum so we would see the oldest paper on earth and it was like a dream as some of them were glowing in the dark. Kareem took us after to the ATV where we had the best adventure ever in the desert. I would highly recommend Kareem and Vin diesel for having the best tour ever.

booked this tour based on so many “good” reviews. Well I now know why they have so many “good” reviews. They force you to write a review before the tour even ends. Tour guide Karim even said “IF you give me 5 stars I will send you all your pictures I took of you”. Crazy huh? Let's start from the beginning, tour guide Karim & Mohammad did arrived on time to pick us up which was great. They then took us to go “shopping”. One thing you must know, is the shopping is not worth it. Everything is overpriced and they will hustle you if you let them. All the stores they take you shopping are clearly people they work with. If you do not buy anything they will start talking in their language, and look at you ugly. First placed we stopped at was the cotton clothing store. The lady will not even let you shop comfortably. She follows you around everywhere talking about the material. I personally did buy a scarf here because I loved the colors and wanted to wear it at pyramids but I could’ve easily gone to the market and got the same item for $3USD. Once I paid for the scarf Karim now comes and tells me I HAD TO buy a long dress to go in the pyramids because check point at the pyramids were strict and were not going to let me in with what I was wearing. Mind you, I had a long skirt a blouse and a long sleeve jean jacket over. I wasn’t showing any skin besides my ankles. I obviously did not fall for this because I did a lot of research before visiting Egypt and had friends visit before I did. Next stop was the Papyrus store, in which we told Karim we had already done and visited the day before. Here the guy who was doing the presentation got upset when we told we were not interested in purchasing anything. After we left Papyrus we asked, what time we were going to pyramids and Karim insisted it was “too crowded” and it was not a good time to go. Which I knew was a lie of course. He then tooks us shopping some more and finally we went to the pyramids. Yes he did try to sell us more time in the camel in which we denied. The came ride was definitely amazing and the guy who we were with during camel ride was great and a great photographer. We liked him so much we tipped him. Which is totally optional and not required. After pyramids and phinx we did more unnecessary shopping to the oils and herbs stores. We then went to the ATV tour, which I did love once we actually got to the dessert area. In order to get there, you pass through a horrendous dump, that smells like feces, trash everywhere and honestly if I wasn’t with a tour guy, would have been sketched out and left. ATV tour guy was wonderful as well, took great pictures, even got my boyfriends bucket hat thar flew away while on the ride. The ATVs are super old, my boyfriends ATV broke down once and mine broke down about 4 times on the way back. ATV tour guy did amazing getting them to work again. Again, if you are looking for a 5 star ATV tour, this would not be it. Finally we had the dinner cruise tour. This is where everything went downhill even more than what it was already. In the description of this tour it specifically states that they will drop you off at your hotel after all the activities then pick you back up at 6 for the dinner cruise. Well it was 3PM and I asked if we were getting dropped off at the hotel and Karim stated that we would not have time because it would take 45-1hr to go where the cruise was located. Which was also not true. Took us about 25 minutes. We then drove and he mentioned that there was a cruise at 5:30 so that we would be doing that instead. We waited almost 3 hours for the cruise to start. We sat in the cruise for 2.5 hours waiting. Cruise did not leave until 6:30 and we got there at 4 PM. I was so annoyed at this point, I asked once again why could you not had dropped us off at hotel if our hotel was 15 minutes away (we googled maps it) he then said traffic was bad and got upset and started raising his voice. It gets worse than this, his “manager” calls him and then wants me to speak to him so I did and I told him the issue. His manager then raises his voice and Karim was in the background also raising his voice while I was on the phone , gets up, and said LETS GO LETS GO I WILL TAKE YOU TO HOTEL NOW! He then calms down and goes back to acting normal. Here is what did it for me, my boyfriend goes to the bathroom and Karim waited for him outside and asks him for his phone number, and demanded he wrote a review there before they got back to the table where I was sitting. My annoyed boyfriend wrote a review just so he could shut up. This is just a summary but I WOULD NOT recommend booking a tour with this company, or Karim. This is by far the worst tour I have taken in my entire traveling life. I travel all over the world, once a month. I am sure they will reply to this review and lie and be rude and that just shows how unprofessional these people are.

The guide respected and meticulously explained the entire itinerary, very kind and sociable, he even introduced us to his wife. he took many beautiful photos of us. I highly recommend
