I booked this tour thinking we would get to try 3 different types of deep dish pizza. I specifically noted that I was a vegetarian, but the tour guide was not aware of that when we started. The group was me and my husband and a mother and daughter (4 people total + the guide) We tried a hot dog, beef sandwich and deep dish pizza. I had a bun and fries with the toppings for the hot dog (no dog), I had no option for the beef sandwich, and my group split a small veggie deep dish pizza. Overall it was a good tour, but I was disappointed that the guide had no idea I was vegetarian to start off. I also think this tour was changed last minute to accommodate the small group - like two tours were combined.

Chicago Dave took us on a Food Tour of Chicago. He is beyond knowledgeable, personable and entertaining. We learned such interesting history and facts about not just the food but the surroundings, history and architecture. Needless to say, the Chicago Hot dog, Italian beef and pizza were the highlight! It was a joy to be on the tour! I mean really did you know that the powers to be reversed the flow of the Chicago River!! It still blows our mind! Thanks Dave!!

Alli was amazing! She did a great job of showing us around Chicago and was very knowledgeable about many parts of the city! 10/10 would highly recommend — great food!
