About your host Carla: "Ronaldo and I are passionate people with a special heart for travel.
I'm from Mexico, and both Ronaldo and I have lived in Spain and now Chicago - cities were fell in love with for its diversity and art. Art is important to both of us. I have a background in photography and Ronaldo has a background in Flamenco dancing.
When we are not working on our art, we are in the kitchen focused on our other passion - food. In Spain, I was fortunate enough to work at the Michelin Star Restaurant, Carles Abellan."

    Carla was an excellent host and Chef. We were celebrating our girlfriend's birthday. Our girlfriend loved the experience. We learned so much about the history of how Mole was developed in the city of Puebla, Mexico. Carla was passionate about sharing the history and her home.     This was truly an incredible experience! Carla is the best. She welcomed us into her beautiful home, the class was fun and informative, and the meal was delicious. These tickets were one of the best gifts my wife and I have ever received.
