The guys on the boat were very polite and friendly. Our guide spoke excellent English as did most of the crew. We had 4 stops and came across dolphins within half an hour. The snorkelling was excellent I can't believe how many different coloured and types of fish there were. Getting back on the boat made it very clear that it's winter in Egypt, the wind was freezing and many of us sat with chattering teeth for the remainder of the trip. Just before returning to port a speed boat turns up and we all got to have free rides on the banana boat.

Awaiting refund as no one replied to my messages, nor picked me up. Hopefully will get resolved soon. I would advise to book at your hotel instead

I was picked up promptly and taken to the boat.. which was lovely, as were the staff. I was told I was the only one booked for the dolphin swim and that everyone else was going to paradise Island and then snorkelling after lunch. I was very confused and with the language barrier I agreed to paying the extra to go to the island,rather than sit on the boat! and no dolphins. BUT I had a fabulous day and the snorkelling was great. Lunch was great. I'm still confused.. but hey!!

Fantastic day staff could not of been more friendly kitted out with snorkels and flippers if required. Food delicious and the reefs perfect was lucky enough to spot at least 6 dolphins too. Very respectful didn’t crowd them to stress them out. very enjoyable day. Would definitely recommend

We booked this trip to snorkel with dolphins as we had already done the trip to Giftun Islands. We were charged and extra 5euros per person for harbour fees. All the other tourists on our bus paid nothing. We were shown to the boat by the person who took our harbour fees money. Once on the boat we asked if this was the Dolphin House boat and were told yes. After we had left the harbour we were approached by a member of staff who asked us if we wanted to go to Orange Bay or Paradise Island and if we did we would to pay extra for this. Having already paid £73 we thought this was odd and asked again if we were swimming with dolphins and he laughed but didn’t give us an answer. When we refused to pay more he said we would have to sit on the boat whilst the rest of the people were dropped off at Orange Bay and then Paradise Island. We then remained alone on the boat for roughly two and a half hours. We then had lunch and snorkeled for about half an hour. After which we returned to the harbour. The crew were pleasant but we did not pay to sit on a boat alone for most of the day. When we complained and asked for an explanation we were given a refund of £14 with no explanation. I emailed again for an explanation and I am still waiting for a reply which I doubt I will receive. We strongly advise anyone booking this trip to ensure before boarding that you will be doing the trip you booked. We actually did this but were still sent on a different trip!!! We would have given no stars for this excursion but gave two stars for the crew. Be careful using this company. We won’t be using them again. A full refund should have been given.
