Luxor has to be the most popular trip that tourists want to do when visiting Hurghada and getting there, and we offer this trip either by Coach or by private mini bus and the private time is Approximately ( 3.5 hours ) with normal return around 7pm
An early start trip and you will arrive in Luxor just after breakfast and then it's an action package day with so much to do , usually the tour starts with our Guide that escort you every step of the way to the Valley of the King , there are lots of tombs , and you will entry three of those tombs , which are absolutely amazing. At the Valley of the King's there is Tutankhamen's Tomb which you can visit at an extra charge, After the Valley of the Kings you visit an Alabaster Factory where you are shown how the different sculptures and vases are made. You have time to do some shopping There.,,,, then go to the most and finest temple of Queen Hatchepsut then to the Colossi of Memnon…
After that you will head to restaurant by the Nile for Lunch ,,,,
After lunch you then go to the largest temple in the world which is the Karnak Temple. Bus take at apporx 40mins to get there or you can pay small extra charge to get there by motor boat , which is from our Experience is a great way to travel and Experience banana island and the River Nile At the end of the day you have some free time.

We chose Canary Tours as we know them to be customer focused, flexible and extremely reliable, nothing is too much trouble and their prices are great value for money too. The day trip to Luxor and Valley of the Kings was nothing short of fantastic. We've done the trip a good few years earlier with our then 8 year old and had an amazing time but to return with him as a 20 year old studying archeology was something else. Everything was planned to perfection from the hotel pick-up to the drinks, snacks, lunches. As I am Coeliac we chose to get a takeaway from MacDonald's in Luxor for lunch, which we ate on a boat on the Nile! Our guide was very attentive and really knew his stuff (his dad was also a university lecturer in Egyptology). The Tombs are amazing, you get to visit 3 as part of your ticket entry. We chose to pay extra on the day to look in 2 more of our choosing and we weren't disappointed, nothing can really prepare you for the sights you will see on entry to these tombs! Also included on the day was a visit to the temple of Hatshepsut and Karnak temple. We chose to pay an additional fee to visit Luxor Temple too which we were really glad we did as we experienced the city center hustle bustle too. I would highly recommend this trip especially with Canary Tours.

We booked this trip with Omar, he is brilliant! From the very start of the day we was greeted on time by a very friendly driver, there was a lot of drinks included waiting for us in the car. Our tour guide Sala was absolutely amazing!!! He is so friendly and so informative about everything, he knew every answer to every question asked! He asked us what we wanted to see first and really catered the day to what we was interested in! His English is absolutely brilliant! Overall just a very lovely person!! We had a fantastic day from start to finish I would 100% recommend the valley of the kings trip to anyone, the best trip I’ve ever been on! And to book with Canary tours as they’re very reliable and won’t let you down!

i went to see the valley of the kings, the temple of karnak, luxor temple and hatshepsut temple with canary tours. omar is a great member of staff and helped us organise the best day plan possible. he has become a good friend of our over the years and even bought me and my family sim cards, bug spray and medications in preperation for our arrival in egypt! the transfer was in a brand new minivan with plenty of space and reading lights which i would have used if i didn’t sleep the whole journey! the guide we had, salah, was amazing. being an archaeology student myself i was able to have some amazing conversations with him and i learned a lot, he pointed out different parts of the temple at karnak and luxor and in the valley of the kings that i’d never heard of. brilliant customer service. he told me he volunteers in luxor in the summer putting together artefacts that they’re still currently excavating within the temples! we were able to get lunch on the nile between the temple at karnak and the luxor temple which was amazing. canary tours are best in class with price and service with the most friendly staff i’ve met in egypt over the years. cannot recommend them highly enough!!

We had such a good time on 3 experiences we did. We wanted to get the best out of our trip and couldn’t have asked for more from this company. We did a boat trip, a trip to Luxor for the day to see valley of the kings and also Quad Biking with Safari, we got a lot more than what we were expecting especially for such a reasonable price with loads of little activities for the day aswell . Everything was so stress free from start to finish, we booked with Aladdin and he added a lot of fun to our trips aswell, he couldn’t do more for us if he tried. Thankyou so much!

I booked with Canary tours 3 activities while we were on holidays in Egypt. Private trip to Luxor, our guide was amazing, answer all of our questions, was very funny as well. We went to the papirusie museum, kids learn how to make papirusie. The best day we had in a quads ride in dessert and visit beduins village. My little daughter was scared of ride, Omar from. Canary tours stayed with her while me and older daughter had fun on the dessert. Little one had lots of fun with Omar, he took photos to shows me later what they was doing. Canary tour staff are very friendly and always on time. Strongly advised to use them while In Egypt. We are planning to be back soon to Egypt and definitely we will book more trips with them.
