After early morning pickup, travel to the west bank of the Nile River, and board a shared balloon basket for a 30- to 45-minute flight. Gaze down over Karnak, Queen Hatshepsut’s Temple and other monuments, and absorb the peaceful dawn.

A hot air balloon is an incredible way to see the “world’s largest open air museum. An early pickup at your hotel will take you to the balloon that will carry over Luxor’s ruins and temples in the beautiful morning light. A light breakfast and tea will be included.Early morning, Enjoy Egypt Tours representative will pick you up from your hotel in Luxor to the West Bank to enjoy air balloon riding. Transfer to marine enjoy Soft drinks before you take the motor boat to the west bank, then you will be transferred to the take off area where you are going to start your balloon ride in the sky of the biggest open-air museum( Luxor ). The “Balloon Ride” trip departs everyday, however confirmation in advance is still highly recommended. The balloon ride takes 45 minutes, before your land again, to catch your pick-up and return to your hotel.

This was an amazing experience. Well organised, efficient and friendly. We had the best pilot, Bob, who was extremely skilled and took us to areas not attempted by other pilots, always safe and reassuring.

The company is incredibly unrealiable. This is how Hot trips work in Luxor: there's a first shift that launches to see sunrise, and then there's a second shift that goes a little later. In theory my booking was for pickup at 4 am to go to the first shift. The company reached the day before around 5 pm to notify about a later pickup around 6 am. We were ready at the time and the driver arrived 40 minutes late. Then, when we were going to the launching site they said the activity got cancelled due to the weather. They said we were going to receive a refund through La Vacanza Travel, when I applied the La Vacanza Travel employee said that the company had not responded to the request 21 days after the trip was supposed to take place. I do think is one of the activities to do in Luxor, but I definitively would recommed a different company for that.

This is the worst experience that I have. We couldn’t do balloon due to the strong wind, but no refund. I understand they cancelled it for our safety on that day. But the day we are supposed to take a balloon, I asked a guy about refund. And he said they will do, but currently I haven’t get any refund and even response on the chat 最低な経験。 当日、風の影響で気球に乗れなかったが、その後返金なし。 当日の天候の影響でキャンセルするのはわかるが、その日ガイドさんに返金されますかと聞き、はいと答えたにもかかわらず、その後返金がない。さらに返金だけではなく、チャットメッセージをしても返信がなく、連絡が一切途絶えた状態になっている。 お勧めしない。

Be carefull, it’s a scam. They never showed up in the hotel and never contact to my to say something. I’m still waiting for my refund.
