Itinerary
Day 1: Munich - Herrenchiemsee - Innsbruck
Stop At: Schloss Herrenchiemsee, 83209, Herreninsel, Bavaria Germany
You will meet your tour director at your hotel or preferred location in Munich. Then you will drive to Lake Chiemsee, where you take a boat to Herrenchiemsee Island where Ludwig II built his largest castle, Herrenchiemsee, where you will receive a guided tour of the palace and the Ludwig museum. Then you will get to Austria, where you will follow the Inn valley to Innsbruck.

Stop At: Innsbruck, Innsbruck, Tirol, Austrian Alps
You will explore Innsbruck, the capital of the Tyrol. You will then set off for a walk through its quaint medieval lanes, see the little Golden Roof in front of the Karwendel Mountains, and the fine Baroque Church and the Hofburg, built by Empress Maria Theresia. Of course, you can explore the town on your own and maybe shop for a Swarovski crystal.

Day 2: Innsbruck - Oberammergau - Linderhof Palace - Füssen
Stop At: Oberammergau, Oberammergau, Upper Bavaria, Bavaria
Take more pictures at the morning from the beautiful Innsbruck, As you will get back to Germany. We drive to the picturesque village of Oberammergau where is the original Passion Play in 1634 started and famous for the wood carving and House paintings, and more.

Stop At: Schloss Linderhof, Linderhof 12, 82488 Ettal, Bavaria Germany
We head to Linderhof Palace, where Ludwig II lived for more than 8 years. With time to explore the formal gardens, Moorish Kiosk, and the famous Venus Grotto (at the moment the Grotto is closed for maintenance works until 2023). Then we drive to Füssen, where is your hotel.

Day 3: Neuschwanstein Castle - Wieskirche - Munich
Stop At: Schloss Neuschwanstein, Neuschwansteinstrasse 20, 87645 Schwangau, Bavaria Germany
After breakfast, we drive to Füssen. Time to visit the fairy tale castle (Neuschwanstein Castle), the most visited castle in south Germany. First, we take the shuttle to Mary’s Bridge, called also Marienbrücke (as long as the shuttle bus is operating, and the bridge is open) for some magnificent pictures. Then, we walk to Neuschwanstein Castle (was the inspiration for Disney castle). Afterward, from the castle’s foot, we take a horse carriage to Hohenschwangau village.

Stop At: Pilgrimage Church of Wies, Wies 12, 86989 Steingaden, Bavaria Germany
Before we finish our lovely tour, we drive to visit the famous Wieskirche (the church in the meadow). Wieskirche or Wies Church is one of the most important places of pilgrimage in southern Germany.
Afterward, we drive back to your hotel in Munich.
