This place is a fabulous way to spend a day with the family. Stuff for everyone! It’s expensive though (think AUD $9 for an ice cream cone) and you can only bring in your own water in non-glass bottles. So be prepared to spend money. Take your own towels if you can to save a little. The wave beach and the thriller slides are amazing, you will need a lot of sunscreen as there is not much shade around!!

My partner and I were in a tight spot having issues with our bank cards paying for our tickets, very easily these ladies at the ticket counter could’ve turned us away, but instead they were so patient, so friendly and ever so beautiful with their service to us. Despite having to deal with a very rude customer before us they still were so super nice to us helping us to pay for our tickets to get in and enjoy the park. These ladies and all the staff at the place were amazing to be with, so helpful so friendly, these staff spend their day very hot day making sure tourists like us have the best time and the best time we did have! A big great thank you to Ice, Fai and Yim, you are beautiful souls and deserve everything of the best! Thank you!!

What a fabulous place, extremely well run and there are life guards absolutely everywhere. We rented one of the private pool villas that front the huge wave pool and it comes with toilet and shower, fridge full of cold drinks and a small nibble platter. There are lots of food options dotted all around the complex. There is something for everyone from extreme rides to the toddlers water section and my favourite the lazy river. We spent the whole day there but I would advise that you pre organise your transport at the end of the day as it can be a bit of an ordeal to organise.
