Overview

Over 3 years in the making, the River Carnival show boasts a cast of over 150 actors and 150 crew members. Enormous costumes reaching 8 meters tall compliment the record-breaking sizes of some of the largest procession barges and gigantic flying creatures ever assembled. Aerial ballet, exotic carnival dancers, animatronics, and dazzling special effects all take place on 1 of the largest stages ever constructed. With a performance space extending to over 70 meters wide, the River Carnival Show is built to dazzle and amaze with the most spectacular display of regal pageantry and carnival revelry.

Following the evening's performance, the Prince opens up his Palace grounds to allow his guests to wander through a secret garden forest and discover the many enchantments and special treasures to be found within. Delicately laced with over 40 million lights, each reflecting the dazzling glory of a land filled with abundance and beauty.

Carnival Magic is the brand new night time theme park in Phuket located next to Phuket Fantasea. The park is featuring a carnival style attractions including rides, games, theatre show and parade.

This is the crowning jewel in nighttime entertainment on the resort island of Phuket. Spanning over 40 acres and awash with dazzling colors and sparkling imagery, Carnival Magic comes to light as the very first Thai Cultural Carnival Park, celebrating the vibrancy and rich cultural heritage found in the many traditional festivals, carnivals and market fairs that abound throughout the Kingdom. Inspired by exotic carnival celebrations from around the world, Carnival Magic presents a breathtaking evening of joyous celebration, regal pageantry and cultural fun unmatched by any other show on earth.

Amazing! People told me this is more for kids, but they were wrong adults can enjoy also. The show was breathtaking and the castle and river of lights was breathtaking. I am just sorry it didn't last longer, as its a huge park. The Driver was nice and agency (IAsia) also provide with all info needed. Great Value as well

I absolutely loved this place! I felt like a big kid. The colors, parade, shopping and lights are absolutely stunning! The place was immaculate! The restrooms were even beautiful! The buffet area is the biggest and cleanest I’ve ever seen!! Can’t wait to come back and bring my niece. You have to go here when in Phuket! I don’t have a negative thing to say about it and would definitely visit again!

Had such an amazing night and experience at Carnival Magic Theme Park! Purchased the tickets for on La Vacanza Travel.com for $135CA/person. There was buffet dinner provided from 5:30pm with lots of food selections and a large seating area! The buffet was 3/5 as I do feel that some of their food may not have been freshly made as I had a stomach ache the next day (I could confirm this as my friends and I have been eating the same meals the day of and 7 days prior, they had no stomachaches since they didn't go to Carnival Magic). I would recommend to buy only their admission entry & shuttle ticket and eat elsewhere prior before going in if you have a sensitive stomach and you'll save money too. The washroom was super cool and had fancy lights with a water fountain in the centre. We were told that there was a parade outside at 7:15pm which was really fun! The show’s at 8:30pm and you can’t bring your phone inside during the live performance which we kept stored inside the locker. Not sure how the lady sitting beside me during the show was able to bring her phone inside lol The show was really cool of all the large different statue designs that they had of sharing the story plot through the characters and music. There was no talking but moreso focused on dancing and them floating around in the air. The dad sitting beside us did fall asleep too which was funny. The light show impressed me the most and it was around a 20min walk outside! Super gorgeous and huge to walk around to check out. Fun activity for couples and families with kids!

The kids had a great time. Needs lots of extra money for the tickets for the games. Really push selling stuff. Enjoyed the PARADE with all the colorful costumes, lights and fantastic floats. Appreciated that it was indoors with air con. The buffet rivaled Las Vegas of old. Lots of choices and delicious. Good activity to do with small kids
