The Circus Maximus is an ancient Roman circus located in Rome. Located in the valley between the Palatine and the Aventine, it is remembered as a venue for games since the beginning of the history of the city: the mythical episode of the rape of the Sabine women took place in the valley, on the occasion of the games organized by Romulus in honor of the god Consus. The Circus Maximus, the largest spectacle building of antiquity and one of the largest of all time (600 m long by 140 m wide), is linked by legend to the very origins of the city.

The Foro Boario was a sacred and commercial area of ancient Rome located along the left bank of the Tiber river, between the Campidoglio, Palatino and Aventino hills, which took its name from the cattle market held there.
In modern Rome it corresponds to the area around Piazza della Bocca della Verità, where only the temple of Portunus and the temple of Ercole Vincitore remain visible.

The fountain, or small fountain, of the Acqua Paola, also known as the Gianicolo fountain, is a monumental fountain located on the Janiculum hill, in Rome. Built as a terminal exhibition of the Trajan aqueduct between 1610 and 1614 at the behest of Pope Paul V, the "Fontanone" took on its current appearance with the renovation carried out at the end of the seventeenth century by Carlo Fontana.
The monument has also become an important symbol of Rome, appearing in several films, including The Great Beauty.
