Once we exited the Metro in Rome, the bus was right in front across the street. Very friendly staff. The speaker was very easy to understand and very helpful.

The stops were very difficult to find and the bus didn’t come as fast as other bus lines. The buses were so crowded that the driver had to constantly turn people away.

The Green Line Bus Tours was absolutely awful. So much so as I will be writing directly to the company requesting a refund and plan to argue the charges on my credit card. Purchased 3 48 hour tickets. There are 3 lines, blue (17 stops); green/orange (7 stops). After inquiring, we were informed that there were not running the blue line until June 17. Our tickets were for June 14/15. My husband is disabled and therefore chose this line for him to be able to view the sights on the bus. Meanwhile we were only able to experience 7 stops; one of which was the train terminal. When we arrived at that stop; the bus stopped for 25 minutes. We then were at the Colosseum stop and waited 20 minutes for the bus to arrive. Once on the bus, we arrived at the Vatican stop where the bus waited for another 30 minutes. This was waste of our time and money. Also; the other passengers were frustrated as well.
