This was totally and completely worth it! Max and Jamie were the dynamic duo helping us whip up a delicious and totally fun evening together. Max was sure to give attention to each member of our family and nothing felt rushed. Italian hospitality at its best! This was my first cooking class and it now represents a very high bar for anything that will follow. The pasta and gelato were delicious. Despite a family full of novices, Max helped us skillfully combine healthy and natural ingredients to produce a culinary masterpiece.

This class was AMAZING! We chose to do this class on night one. This was a perfect info to Italy. To understanding what it take and goes into the cuisine here. The staff MAXIMUS, SOPHIA and GACAMO were perfect! Interacting, laughing, singing, dancing and making a cooking class for my kids engaging and fun. getting to enjoy our labors was the icing on the cake. The food was delicious, and we can’t wait to go home and make it all again! Over all this was a great way to start our trip!
