In this class, you’ll learn to make three spritzes, the staple Italian drink, and fresh, handmade pasta with a traditional sauce - all in one class and guided by a local expert chef.
We’ll start with an Aperol spritz, as you get to know the other people in the class and meet your chef. Then, we’ll start with the pasta.
Using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, you’ll roll, cut and cook your very own pasta and learn how to make the ultimate carbonara or cacio e pepe. While you’re cooking, you’ll also be enjoying a Campari spritz - because why not?
Once everything's ready, enjoy your food with your new friends, your chef, and a delicious Limoncello spritz to cap off a perfect afternoon.
