Here begins a culinary journey into the tradition of Roman cuisine!
Chef Davide's cooking class takes place in an easy- elegant environment, you will be guided from the welcome drink to the desert. A completely hands-on experience where you will learn the time-honored secrets of pasta making. Let yourself be carried away as you learn how to cook the perfect Roman sauces with fresh local ingredients!
Enjoy the free flowing wine and the fruits of your labor. Take your time to relax in the garden before heading back to Rome.

My partner and I came to Italy for a week for our anniversary and our time with Davide and Elena was absolutely the highlight of our trip. We love cooking and using farm-to-table ingredients while learning from experts like Davide and Elena was so incredibly special. We would absolutely recommend this experience to anyone and would love to do it again ourselves!!

HANDS DOWN our favorite experience we did while touring Italy! Davide and Elena were so welcoming and it was nice to get out of the hustle and bustle of Rome. They were amazing and their dog Lucy is just the sweetest girl! If we ever make it back to Rome I hope they are still offering this experience because we would book it without hesitation. They taught us how to make 2 different kinds of pasta and made sure our cups were always full!! After leaving their home we ventured back into the town to tour the gardens which was just the icing on the cake for the day. We can't wait to get the recipes and to try and make it on our own! We both agreed that the pasta we made with Davide was the best meal we had our entire trip. BOOK THE TRIP!

An experience outside of the busy city of Rome to relax, try something new, and enjoy great food. The food was delicious and the instructors David & Elena brought the experience to life. Very attentive, knowledgeable, and caring. Worth the entire day.
