Itinerary

Look forward to a most unique, fun, engaging and enriching time up in the Greenfire Loft inside Melrose Market. This Cocktail and/or Mocktail Lab experience happens on a limited basis. If you have a specific date in mind please reach out to me and I'll see if I can make it happen.

This experience has no dress code. As soon as you enter, you'll be handed a lab coat -- perfect as a pre-funk to your night out on the town. Also, feel free to just lounge around [drink in hand] in one of the comfy wing-backed chairs and enjoy the ambiance of being perched above many award-winning businesses.

I will begin the lab by introducing you to all the tools and ingredients available. Cocktail and mocktail recipes will offer a starting point. As you take off on your own concocting direction, guidance is available. This is not necessarily a cocktail class or mocktail class; more of a laboratory where you get to experiment. Hands-on style of workshop! Up to each guest over age 21 if they want to add alcohol to their drinks or keep it non-alcoholic.

• Soda/Pop - Hundreds of ingredients are provided to take your experiments multiple directions! Ingredients include, but are not limited to: herbs (fresh and dry), spices, teas, spirits, fresh fruit, bitters, etc
• Snacks - An assortment of snacks most complimentary to the concoctions you create.
• Use of all equipment along with instruction, including our smoking gun for infusing liquids as well as solids!
• Bottled water - Hundreds of ingredients are provided to take your experiments multiple directions! Ingredients include, but are not limited to: herbs (fresh and dry), garnishes, spirits, powders, etc.
• Alcoholic Beverages - Only ages 21+ are allowed to consume alcoholic beverages. Please message us if you or your guest(s) is under 21 so we can best accommodate everyone.

• This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
• This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund
• This tour/activity will have a maximum of 10 travelers
• Confirmation will be received at time of booking
