This bronze sculpture of Vladimir Lenin was created by Emil Venkov, a citizen of Slovakia. Weighing over 7 tons and 16 feet tall, the sculpture took ten years to complete and is truly different. It’s believed to be the only representation portraying Lenin surrounded by guns and flames instead of holding a book or waving his signature hat.

The topiaries were created by the Pacific Science Center to promote a dinosaur exhibit in the 1980’s. After the exhibit ended, the topiaries were offered for sale, and two Fremont activists purchased them for $1, plus moving costs. You may ask, “Why?” Take the tour to find out!

Waiting for the Interurban commemorates the light rail train line that used to connect downtown Seattle with all of its neighborhoods. The piece depicts six people under a shelter and a curious, let say different, dog with a human face. Learn why it's one of the most popular stature in Fremont and what the deal is with the human faced dog!
