Great experience! Not only did we learn how authentic paella is made but also the history of it. Great dinner views also!
Wine tasting, history lesson, cooking class, entertaining, wonderful meal on the balcony overlooking the city's river with incredible views, and don't forget the sangria, what's not to love?

Wow. We had the most amazing evening watching Antonio cook a delicious paella whilst explaining the ingredients and processes needed for the perfect paella. He was a charming and entertaining host; his passion and knowledge shone through. The kitchen was spotlessly clean and tables were set out when we arrived with olives, cheese and meats to nibble whilst we watched. There was also a choice of drinks available. When the food was cooked we were shown to the roof top terrace where we ate the most delicious authentic paella along with a large glass of Sangria. The views over the city were incredible. This is a must do experience while visiting Seville, we highly recommend this company.
My family and I booked the paella show cooking experience with Antonio while on vacation and WOW! When we got there, we were greeted with a friendly hostess who brought us up to the show cooking room and offered us a drink (unlimited refills, btw!). The tables had some light nibbles of olives, cheese, and ham, which we enjoyed while watching our dinner be prepared. The show cooking experience was unique, personable, and fun! The experience is as interactive as you'd like it to be... Antonio welcomes everyone to smell ingredients, get up close to take pictures, and ask questions. Or, you can just sit back and enjoy! Antonio makes an effort to make everyone in the room feel special. To top off the experience, the views from the rooftop terrace are stunning! It far exceeded our expectations. We would definitely do this again!
