Guides lovely but tour needs changes. Split groups by English and Spanish not by lunch. The narrative in two languages was too much. Let people know the lunch is outside missed a lot of the old town would have not selected if we knew. Lunch poor way too salty. Need more time at stops not a 10min walk around skipped a lot of history sites.

Diego and Ari were terrific! Saw and learned a lot in one day, as we wanted. Provided great insights. Lunch was good, and enjoyed a bit of shopping in Toledo at the end. Thanks! Only comment is that, for a non-Spanish speaker, I was lost a couple of times when switching between English and Spanish scripts. Otherwise..fantastic!

The bus ride was smooth all along. There were 2 guides on this tour. The guides were knowledgeable and accommodating. Even when some of the visitors are very late, they still waited without getting impatient. They always made sure that everyone’s need is taken care. The only issue is that the leg room in the bus is small and was uncomfortable for both small and tall people. Since there are 3 cities to visit, there is not a lot of time at each city. But that is our issue and not the tour company issue. You may want to visit them separately.

Great time! Lots of sights and vistas. Plenty of history and cathedrals. Good insights from our guides Ari and Diego. Was a little unclear who was the lunch vs the non-lunch group at the start, but everything went smoothly as after that. You get a lot of great photo ops and it's a lot accomplished in one day.

Horrible experience and the worst tour operator that Spain has to offer! An early morning greet and meet at a park, under freezing temperatures and we had to wait for late comers. We never saw their bus so I'm not sure as to how much longer the group had to wait for it. A bus that we never saw but that was supposed to carry a maximum of 30 people yet the head count was greater. A guide too busy to explain anything about the tour nor apologize for the lateness. We did not go on the tour as the guide said we didn't have to and would be refunded. Later on his office said there would be no refund and end of the story. La Vacanza Travel was unable to do anything as, they said, they go by what the tour operator reports. I guess that customers explanations are useless and getting up early to meet the group didn't serve as a sign that we wanted to go on the tour. 30+ years in the travel industry and this experience shows how deteriorated our industry is and how much the tour operators get away with and how little customers complains really mean. Don't let my experience stop you from enjoying Spain. A beautiful country, full of history and nice people. Just don't use La Vacanza Travel nor their Spanish tour operator.
