Our guide was very enthusiastic and spoke good English. However, she provided too many historical details and repeated every detail shared at least 3-4 times. This resulted in us being delayed and prevented us from seeing everything in the Cathedral. When we finally took a bathroom break between the Alcácer and the Cathedral, she went off and got herself a coke but gave us no opportunity for food and drink. She had brought along a sleeve of biscuits and nuts and shared a few with us. Otherwise, we had no food or drink for 5 hours. Perhaps, in the future, she should ask her guests, “Do you want a lot of detailed historical facts or more of an overview?” I would say she is not attuned to the needs of her guests.

Years ago I lived in Madrid and toured Seville - so I was familiar with the Cathedral and the Alcázar. However it was almost a completely new, fantastic experience with our guide Cristina! My wife, 14 year old daughter & I learned so much about the colorful 1000 year history. Wonderfully interesting anecdotes and facts that brought to life the Moorish, Catholic leaders, artists & peoples. Cristina is warm & energetic and made our day special and memorable.
