Your host and instructor, the wonderful Lorenzo, invites you into his three-hour pasta workshop and meal with a warm greeting and a cold glass of something delicious to drink! As a native of Venice, Lorenzo is a passionate cook who is still very much in love with the city he was born in. After first enjoying a wonderful pasta making class, Lorenzo will serve you his take on some classic local dishes in a stunning three-course meal. Expect plenty of great food, wine and some magnificent company in your charming host and the classmates who will be joining you!

• Focaccia with cherry tomatoes and oregano - Bread is never missing from Italian tables!
• Handmade pasta (Tagliatelle or Ravioli) - with meat sauce OR tomato sauce OR pesto
OR Homemade gnocchi with basil tomato sauce and parmesan
OR Venetian risotto with seasonal vegetables
• Baked seabass fillet with herbs, spices and vegetables - A very healthy way to cook fish in oven with very low fat
• Saltimbocca - Tasty slices of beef with ham and sage served with side dish. The kids go crazy for it
• Homemade tiramisù - we will make traditional tiramisu with fresh mascarpone
• Gelato - in the summer we will make ice cream from scratch
