We are a sports association that deals with the recovery and maintenance of ancient traditional boats.
We love to share our knowledge and passions with all travelers by introducing them to our laboratory / museum and the magnificent canals of Venice by learning the art of rowing accompanied by one of our prepared instructors born and raised in Venice

What Can You Expect?

Itinerary

After a brief introduction where the history of traditional Venetian boats and our recovery work will be explained, we will start to discover the most suggestive and peaceful canals of Venice, discovering the art of Venetian rowing.

    This was the highlight of our trip to Venice. Our instructor/ guide was very personable and explained the history and significance of gondolas to the city. Learning to row these unique boats was so much better than just getting a ride. This was a memorable experience, I highly recommend this specific company- they’re dedicated to restoring historic boats and preserving their culture.

    Not many people can claim they have actually rowed a boat on Venice canals. What an incredible experience. Stefano was an awesome teacher!! He taught us so much more about the history & art of rowing in these canals. Instead of paying for the overpriced tourist trap ride with gondoliers, we would highly recommend this lifetime experience..

    What an incredible experience not to miss!! Not many people can claim they have actually rowed a boat on Venice canals. Stefano was an awesome teacher and you learn so much more than an overpriced tourist trap ride with a Gondolier. Highly recommended!!

    I rowed a Gondola on the picturesque canals of Venice! Can't stop smiling! Emiliano was our fantastic guide teaching a hands-on lesson on rowing a Gondola, explaining Venetian history and preserving Gondola restoration and traditions. An absolutely unique experience. THANK YOU EMILIANO and your boat and forcola are beautiful. Highly recommended.

    What a fantastic way to see the quieter side of Venice with Stephano’s wonderful guidance. I can’t recommend this enough. So great to find something just that little bit different which made our trip to Venice extra special.
