HI! I'm Liuba, a wine enthusiast and sommelier and together with Hugo, who is a chef, we are waiting for you at our house for an evening of tasting.
In the time we will spend together, we will taste 4 different wines: we will start the evening with a sparkling wine and then continue with a white wine, a red and close with a sweet wine.
During the evening we will understand how to do a tasting, we will try to recognize the aromas of wine together and we will learn many things about pairings with food.
We will also pair the tasting of each wine with a selection of cichetti (Venetian tapas) and typical products prepared by Hugo, all guests of our house!
